I have been practicing for over 20 years helping individuals meet their therapy goals, overcome their difficulties, and live the lives they want.  I've helped people with a variety of issues including building self-esteem, increasing coping skills to manage anxiety and depression, learning how to have the most satisfying relationships, assessing issues around their own or a loved one’s alcohol and/or drug use, learning to manage disordered eating, grief, loss, illness, infertility, body image issues, and many other barriers to having their best lives.

Before opening my private practice in 2009, I provided individual and group counseling to women in a transitional housing program, Families in Transition. I also worked with clients struggling with substance abuse at Merrimack River Medical Services, a substance abuse treatment center. I have been providing therapy in a variety of settings since 2001.
